NAMI Basics OnDemanD

NAMI Basics is a free, six-session education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) experiencing mental health symptoms. Using scientific evidence, NAMI designed this program to improve the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to those with mental health conditions. The program is guided by parents and family members with lived experience.

The OnDemand program is self-paced and available 24/7. It offers the flexibility of participating in the course on your schedule.
