NAMI Family-to-Family

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, eight-session educational program for adult family members, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions. Using scientific evidence, NAMI designed this program to improve the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to those with mental health conditions.

Classes offer information and strategies for taking care of the person you love. The group setting facilitates mutual support. You can experience compassion and reinforcement from people who understand your situation. Sharing your own experience may help others in your class.

NAMI Guadalupe County hosts Family-to-Family programs a few times each year. We will post details here when a new course is scheduled.

Our next course will begin January 14, 2025, in Schertz.
