NAMI Provider

NAMI Provider introduces mental health professionals to the unique perspectives of people with mental health conditions and their families. You’ll develop enhanced empathy for their daily challenges and recognize the importance of including them in all aspects of the treatment process.

The 4-hour seminar is presented by a trained team that includes a person with a mental health condition who is in recovery, a family member of someone with a mental health condition, and a amental health professional who has a mental health condition or is a family member. The presenters share their personal, intimate perspective on their treatment experience.

NAMI Texas will host a free online NAMI Provider 4-hour seminar on Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CDT.
